This second capstone paper closely ties to my overall leadership theories of how we can motivate ourselves to improve a school. It also addresses critical science and math instruction. The paper is in response to these questions:
- How will I, as a leader, shape a positive culture, while challenging and supporting the learning of all members in the school community?
- How do I see my leadership style intersecting with the responsibilities of being a coach and evaluator of staff?
- What evidence will convince me that students are engaged in high-level math & science/technology learning?
